I have explored your excellent instructable on propeller fabrication and am planning to carve my own for the RV4 I am completing. My search for propeller design information has included downloading and operating your detailed Excel application. I have followed your instructions - it runs. My problem lies in understanding the relationship of the input and output data to my understanding of propeller theory ie: rpm diameter velocity pitch planform chord etc. I don't want to appear naive however your anaysis includes a lot of detail which is hard for me to relate to the geometry - velocity - power. I appreciate your efforts to publish. It would be wonderful to have a glossary explaning your detailed inputs and outputs. Thankyou for your excellent work and good luck with your endeavors.
